Returns & Refunds

If your watch isn't quite right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

• The watch must be unworn, with protective stickers intact.
• All packaging, papers, warranty card and accessories must be included.
• Engraved or customised pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to return

Contact our concierge with your order number. We'll email a prepaid, insured return label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
