Warranty

Every watch sold by Aurel carries a minimum two-year international warranty against manufacturing defects, honoured by us directly.

What's covered

• Movement defects and timekeeping outside of manufacturer tolerance.
• Defects in materials or workmanship of the case, dial and hands.

What isn't covered

• Normal wear to straps, bracelets and crystals.
• Damage from accidents, misuse, or water ingress after the crown was left unscrewed.
• Servicing by anyone other than an authorised watchmaker.
